Hi, I’m Cathy McPherson. I am an transformation coach for women who want to live a life they love.
Mission
My mission is to empower as many women as possible to make changes that transform their lives. By learning how to change behaviours, belief systems and attitudes, lives can be transformed and happiness and ambitions can be realised, be it personal or professional.

I'm passionate about Women finding their voice, their truth and their potential. I'm practical, energetic and fun and have in my own life achieved a life I love. I want to share the tools and practices that enabled me to reach this wonderful place in my personal and professional life.

Who am I?
I've worked in advertising and marketing for over 30 years. I've been a coach and a mentor to 100's of women. I'm lucky enough spend half my life in the UK and the other half in Spain.
Mum to two grown-up sons, and two step-sons who live all over the world, married and obsessed with mini-schnauzers.
My own journey has taken me from the depths of addiction to recovery, from low self-esteem to self-love from imposter syndrome to my right at the board table. I know what needs to be done to change.
